1) How to make a listing: Simply fill in the
details on the forms you received, and attach photos of your
property; you can send it online or via post. We will need the form
with a minimum of 5 images of your property, and availability dates.
We will add all the information on to the web site. And for
direct enquires add it to the database. Then your contact details
will be on bottom of the page where is your property listed.

2) Booking/Enquiries: All
enquiries from web site enquires and phone calls will be made to
Property owners direct., property owner will decide to rent their
property to this client or not.
3) Rental processes; If
the Property Own decided to rent their property then they are
responsible to arrange services and arrangements with clients. This
may be different for different property owners)
4) Rental Service: If
Property owner decided! Sunset Travel Direct can offer after sale
service; Sunset Homes will provide this service in the Altinkum area
and will work with partner companies outside the Altinkum area.
Property owners can benefit from a once off payment for after sale
or can pay separately for each service cost.
5) Payments: The
client deposit will be paid to Property owner, Sunset Homes will not
involve any transactions.
6) Services Charges: This
is free service for Sunset Homes Property owners. The property will
be advertised on Sunset Homes Website and on Sunset Homes property
Brochures – “over 10,000 copies printed every” year and by ‘Sunset
Homes’ offices and partner offices. We are currently improving
content of the web site and working brochure for Sunset Travel
Direct.

7) Terms and Conditions; You need accept terms
conditions to advertise with us.
ADVERTISE TERMS CONDITONS FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
Sunset Homes (Altinkum mah, no:113 Didim/Aydin
Turkey) agrees to advertise owners properties on their sunset-traveldirect.com
website.Sunset Homes (Altinkum mah, no:113 Didim/Aydin Turkey) also
agrees to supply services described in this Agreement to client .
The owner must agree to the following terms &
conditions before advertising:
· Sunset Homes (Sunset Travel Direct) are not responsible for
any contents of this advert, Sunset Homes will only upload the
information given to them from the client ,i.e. the description
photos etc.
· Service Guarantee; This is a service which cannot guarantee
any business, however web site will be recommended to people who are
looking to rent in Turkey.
· Cancelation of the contact; This free service can be
cancelled by either party at any time providing 4 weeks’ notice is
given.
· Rental services; This agreement is for renting of your
property only ,any Airport Transfers and Cleaning Services are
separate and must be ordered separately
· Your advert must have at least one photo and written text to
go with it.
· When
you advertise on sunset -traveldirect.com, you are not allowed to
have any links to advertise any other websites
· Client contact details; The Property owner is responsible for
dealing with clients , all the contact details from the enquiry will
be forwarded to property owner.
· Booking Enquires; the Property owner is responsible for
arranging bookings and payments for their own clients.
· When
you have booked your client for your property please let Sunset
Homes know so they update your Availability calendar.
· Airport Transfers: This can be booked filling in the form on
service page on sunset-traveldirect.com
· Cleaning services: This can be arranged by emailing
info@sunset-traveldirect.com.
